This is a new restaurant for my sweet little town of Yucaipa. This is not their first restaurant and certainly won’t be their last. 2 new restaurants are being opened as we speak, in Palm Springs and Dessert Hot Springs. When I spoke to my server – Coco Xiao, she said that there were no other restaurants like One More Bite Dumplings in the area. So, owner Loey Deng decided that there was a need for this kind of food in this area. Before One More Bite Dumplings took over, Bella and Yang was a truly great spot for Asian fusion, I did a review back a few years ago when I started doing reviews in my little neighborhood. This One More Bite Dumplings opened on August 5, 2026.
It was pretty amazing that there were many customers enjoying their wonderful cuisine already. How the heck did they know about One More Bite Dumplings so soon. Coco told me that many people were visiting their other locations and were so happy to know that a new one was opening in Yucaipa. I watched people trying many new menu items and enjoying every bite. Once I tried their cuisine, I realized that this was for sure a new welcoming place for delicious dumplings and all of their other innovative Asian fusion menu items. I am so excited now to be able to have this great Asian cuisine in my backyard. The place itself is very large, with nice clean design. It is an ideal spot for dates, family outings, meetings, friends meet-ups, and just wonderful, amazing dumping and everything else that One More Bite Dumplings has to offer.
Here’s What I Tried:
Drinks:
Aurora Galaxy Tea, the color is very creative, lovely color layers, and the tea is very delicious.
Honey, Boba, Jasmine, and Green Milk Tea. Jasmine Green Tea, Boba, Honey, this is a very rich drink, but just luscious and wonderful at the same time.
Appetizer:
3 Garlic Shrimp Spring Rolls, these are very flavorful rolls. They are unique and scrumptous, a must try!
Handcrafted Xiao Long Boa:
Black Truffle Pork Xiao Long Bao with soup inside dumplings, if this is something you love then this is the dish for you. The soup oozes out of the dumpling into your palate, just let it cool down first.
Fried Noodles:
Beef Noodles with Vegetables. This was one of my favorite dishes. The sauce is thick and flavorful, and the meat and vegetable are cooked to perfection.
Fried Rice:
Combo Fried Rice, with chicken, beef, shrimp, and truffle. They give you a huge portion, and the truffle is sprinkled all over the top, it’s very fragrant, with delicious truffle essence.
Wonton:
Chicken Corn Wonton Soup with Udon. The flavor of the broth is reason enough to order this very medicinal soup. If you’re feeling a bit under the weather, I would order this soup.
Stir Fry Vegetable Dishes:
Stir Fry Broccoli with Beef, Chicken, and Shrimp, the meat was light and tender with the crispy broccoli. It has a nice thick sauce, it’s a wonderful menu item, another favorite.
